Creating a sacred space for you to de-armour
and return home to yourself.
All of you is welcome in my space.
I’m Erica, a kinesiologist, lomilomi massage therapist and shamanic craftswoman. I create safe spaces for those ready to put down their armour and live life fiercely with open hearts. My work comes from a space of deep aloha, the Hawaiian principle of love without judgment, unconditional love and the understanding that we are connected to all life. I believe in living your own truth, and I’m here to guide you in remembering and reclaiming the parts of yourself that have been exiled. It’s time to do the warrior’s work to feel what needs to be felt.
My journey.
For a long time, I had an impenetrable shell and an egoic hunger to be seen as tough and independent.
What I eventually realised was that the very walls I’d built to protect myself were also keeping out the flow of love. The armour that had once kept me safe had started to keep me away. I was experiencing disconnection, but I didn’t know how to undo it. I tried talk therapy for years, and while it gave me insight into myself, I still felt that there was something deeper going on.
Then I found kinesiology.
Kinesiology, gently but fiercely, got past my impenetrable armouring.
It helped me feel things I didn’t know I was holding and gave me tools to access the parts of myself I’d locked away. It helped me to find the words and language I needed to articulate what I was feeling, yet hiding.
Now, I support others who feel like they’ve been holding it all together for too long. If that’s you, if you’re tired of being “the strong one,” if your armour feels too heavy, I see you. You don’t have to drop everything all at once. But you can begin to soften. You can be protected and open. Fierce and loving.
Emotion is just energy and they need to move.
